On the 23rd of April 2025, Level 2 undergraduates from the Department of Industrial Management, University of Kelaniya had the remarkable opportunity to explore the dynamic world of transportation and logistics, through a collaborative venture between Hayleys Advantis Limited and the Department. This initiative was conducted as a part of the Personal Progress Development (PPD) Module, aiming to foster both personal and professional growth.

This experience was crafted to inspire students to develop themselves building not just knowledge, but confidence, adaptability, and real-world insight. The sessions were led by industry experts, engaging hands-on activities that tackled real logistics challenges, and meaningful career-focused tasks designed to help students shape their own paths forward.
